Our Story
Mrs B’s brownies began when Mrs B’s baking hobby was becoming an obsession and her family and friends were not able to eat them all. So Mrs B’s brownies began and she began to sell her delicious bakes.
Mrs B’s brownies bake to order quality brownies and blondies. These brownies and blondies are created using only great quality ingredients, which is sourced from local farmers in Yorkshire. We believe in using local supplies to produce quality brownies. Mrs B’s also makes her own delicious salted caramel as well as cookie dough for the brownies.
These brownies are unique because they are made to order, and we can cater to your own personal tastes. So if our menu isn’t what tickles your taste buds please message us and we will try to accommodate to your personal needs.

How do I order?

How does my order arrive?
Each order will arrive by first class Royal Mail. Our brownies come in a box ,which should fit through a standard size letter box.
Our six box is 230mm x 165mm x 22mm (9″ x 6.5″ x 0.8″)
Our 12 box measures 345mmm x 240mm x 22mm (13.6″ x 9.5″ x 0.8″)
Please check these dimensions of your letter box before ordering.
Each brownie is individually wrapped and complete with a personalised message of your choice, if required.
How long do my treats last for?
Brownies will last up to ten days in an air tight container and up to 2 weeks if kept in the fridge. You can also freeze your brownies if you can’t manage them.
My order hasn’t arrived what should I do?

Delivery
policy
Mrs B’s Brownies will bake every Tuesday/ Wednesday to dispatch orders Wednesday/Thursday/Friday each week. Please put orders in by Monday/Tuesday evening for orders to be dispatched that week. Anything after Tuesday evening will be dispatched the following week. Orders will take 5-7 working days depending on when you place your order. If you would like a specific date, please let us know when ordering and we will try to accommodate. Please note we do not post on Saturday because the post isn’t very good over the weekend, and we want your brownies to be as fresh as possible.
We have posted lots of brownies via Royal Mail and they arrive in perfect condition. The brownies are packaged with great care and attention, however we can not guarantee the Royal Mail will take as much care as we do. If you would like to pay for signed delivery or insurance please get in touch with us. If you do have a problem with your order due to the mail please get in touch with us and we will see what we can do to resolve it.
All of our brownies are sent out by first class Royal Mail and Royal Mail state that they aim to deliver first class mail by the next day but can guarantee that all deliveries will be posted according to their terms and conditions.
If you need a specific date, please get in touch with us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
If your order is late please let us know. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days please get in touch. If not we ask you to kindly wait until 5 working days has passed.
You can request items to be sent special delivery or signed for but this will be at an additional cost.
The brownies
Each brownie is approximately 3inches by 3 inches. In a box of 12 you can choose 6 different flavours. In a box of 6 you can choose up to 3 different flavours. Each brownie is handmade to order using the finest quality ingredients sourced locally.
The tray bakes
A tray bake comes in a silver foil tray with dimentions of 12.5inch x 7.5 inch x 1.25 inch and can serve approximately 12-15 people. Perfect for occasions or birthdays.

History
of Mrs B’s
Since being a little girl Mrs B has absolutely loved baking and trying out different recipes. This stems from many days spent with her Grandma, Granny B, baking in her kitchen. Her Grandma was a baker by trade and Mrs B spend hours with her watching her in ore making caramel, toffee, fudge and delicious cakes and bakes. Mrs B loved spending time with her, helping her bake and of course tasting all that she made! This is where her love of baking began. Since then, she has always baked as a hobby, and quite often as a stress reliever! Over the years Mrs B has made cakes and baked treats for her friends and family and enjoyed watching them taste and enjoy what she made.
More recently she has made this hobby into her dream job. (She is actually a trained primary school teacher) When baking, one thing that she has always enjoyed making is brownies, and this started her off on trying to find the perfect recipe. After many test runs, she has finally found the perfect crunchy, gooey fudgy brownie. We believe that these brownies are unique because they are made with Belgium milk chocolate, not the traditional dark chocolate. This makes her brownies taste sweet and flavoursome, and we believe the best around. The name Mrs B’s comes from a combination of things, her love of baking, her grandma (who was Granny B) and the name the children at school call her, Mrs B.
